Double Billed via both Paypal and Credit Card for Prepaid Shipping?

I've been charged on Paypal for my pre-paid shipping charges - but those charges were paid by credit card - meaning as of now I've been charged twice for the same pre-paid shipping charges on Ebay.

What's the story here?

Log in to your Paypal account, locate a payment transaction for one of your shipping labels, & click on it to reveal the details. 

What does it show for the funding source?

- Your credit card?

or

- Your Paypal available balance?

If the fundinfg source shown is your credit card, then you have only paid once:

with your Paypal account, uysing your credit card to fund the payment.

If the funding source shown is your Paypal balance, AND you also see the charge on your credit card statement, then you have been billed twice for the same label.
