Dont see any payment option when going to list items after the new update

 ebay's new payment notification is essentially a message that says "Trust us...you got paid...you'll see the money in a few days...hopefully." 

With PayPal we knew the money was in our accounts. Period. It was there. It may take a few days to get to your bank if you didn't use the instant payment option...but you KNEW the money was in your account. Now we just get a message that says the buyer paid. But we have to wait 3 business days to see it in our bank account. I'm sorry but that's not true verification of payment. Money in your account is verification of payment. This whole "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday" business model didn't work for Popeye...and it shouldn't work for you.

Paypal fronted eligible sellers their payments..good luck finding another payment service that does it. As for the three day waiting period for the transaction to clear..blame your bank for that.

well I use Manged pay: and can still make a buck:

so I ship when they say I can and so far have not had, or read of any problems with payment going through.

Here we go again.  Educate yourself on how real-world payment processing works - "true verification of payment" is when the payment source approves the payment - you can bet that when you pay for groceries with your debit card, and see 'approved', the market doesn't get the money in their hands that moment - it means your payment has started processing - you can't change it.  It will go into the grocery store's account in 2 or so days.  The grocery store doesn't hold your groceries for that time, and you shouldn't be holding your customer's shipment for that time, either.  That's the only 'shouldn't' in this.

Paypal held our hands, we don't get that anymore.

I bought gas yesterday. I went to the grocery store, and got food. I went to Wally, and got some stuff.

They all let me leave without having the money in their bank yet.

Their payments are still pending.

Since you can't use Pay Pal to receive money, how was it there?
