Don't know how to resolve unpaid item case. Help needed.

Hi,
When i was buying an item, somehow there were 2 orders that got placed at the same time which u can see at the screenshot below. The order number 16-06018-33551 i sucessfully paid for, it got shipped and i received the item. However, the order number 312952191217-1065544452021 is completely bugged out, so i just ignored it thinking it was going to get fixed.

When i try contacting the seller to cancel the order number 312952191217-1065544452021, it always keeps opening the contact form for the order number 16-06018-33551 (screenshot below), and that keeps creating confusion between the seller and me as they keep telling me that i paid for the order number 16-06018-33551 and that they shipped it. 

Now the unpaid item case got opened that i need to pay for the order number 312952191217-1065544452021, so i went to the resolution center, clicked on Take action button and choose Pay now. However, even that doesnt work as i get an error page which u can see on the screenshot below. I tried contacting the eBay supprot about it, and they just keep telling me i should pay for the order. No help whatsoever. I am really not sure what to do here anymore.

Will try appealing once it expires and see how it goes.

The case got closed and when i went to appeal, it prompted me with message saying the unpaid item has been removed. Im not sure what this means, is my account marked now or what is happening here?

You received an Unpaid Item Strike,  but as a courtesy ebay removed it. Your record is clean.
