Typically on the next business day. 
Some may accept internet deposits on a Saturday ,if your not sure about your banks policy on that ask them.

If deposited on a Saturday...usually get it on Tuesday. I have never gotten any money on a Monday. Takes two full business days. Depends on the bank....well, Wells Fargo my bank and it is not a small bank.

 And I signed up for getting money in minutes with the new plan. And I don't think that exists after I sent everything they wanted. It only delayed my deposits by 2+ more business days after it went through. Never heard about it again from eBay. I guess I got ghosted.

I'm on daily payouts.  If they send it Saturday, it's almost always there on Monday, unless there is a holiday.  Then it's Tuesday.
