Hi

I have had problems at my bank and my direct debits have been cancelled. I can see the details still remain in my payments section on eBay. However does this mean that because the eBay direct debit has been cancelled from my bank, that eBay will not be able to receive anything I owe them in terms of fees/refunds etc...will I have to manually set up again or can eBay still request from my bank?

You need to talk to your bank.

Yes, ebay will NOT be able to get their money if your bank has 'cancelled' the requests.

Ebay takes their cut before they send the payout to the bank. Find out from the bank why they cancelled the ebay payouts. Ebay should also know the reason. Perhaps you made an error in the account number? Was the account verified?

The OP is in the United Kingdom, so would suggest them asking on their home board in case there are any differences in the way money is moved into bank accounts from sales. Contacting your bank would be a good idea.
