Is anyone today having payment transfer to their banks declined?

I have been using managed payments for several months now and have found the funds transactional time from sale to "in bank" very lacking. Never had such an issue with PayPal. Now today a payout has "failed" and "an attempt to retry" is pending. I will contact my financial institution to see if an attempt to initiate payout has actually been attempted. Been with Ebay/Paypal for over 20 years and 100% positive feedback.

I sure have on December 2 same thing I also had payment declined today this is horrendous as we do not have a choice in the matter

Don't bother with contacting your bank the Ebay rep told me it is a system problem "they are working on it"  My question is WHEN will I get my money.  I work very hard and this is not OK

Well I'm sure there will be 0 delay in collecting payments here in a couple days, so there is that to look forward to.

Yes thing here on 2 of 3 accounts. the one to my savings account went thru but the other 2 where declined or failed    I hope they fix this fast    like others I loved the old Paypal system   money is available now not some day in the future.
