Debit card microcharge verification problem

When I go to confirm the microcharge amounts that were charged to my bank account, I get a message from eBay stating that they ran into trouble verifying the amounts I entered. The amounts are correct, but something is stopping eBay from verifying the card. I called KeyBank and they told me that the issue is on eBay’s end. Beyond frustrated.

I am having the same issue, even when i tried to put my already verified card back in. Talked to customer service. she said it is a tech issue and advised she escalated it to them. 8 hours later, still no fix. Meanwhile it put my payments on hold

BTW, I am chase bank, so it is def ebay

Did you enter them EXACTLY as they appeared in your bank account? For example, if they show in your bank account as 0.09 and 0.15, you need to enter them exactly that way.

I’m entering exactly how it’s supposed to. It’s an eBay issue.

Don't you have to still sign up using a "checking account"? The Bata program where eBay holds the money to be spent on eBay or loaded to credit card, as I understand it was by invitation and may only have been up for a short time.

Not saying this is the case, could it be that the timing is off, you signing up and the possibility of the Bata program ended?

 I have seen a few posts here recently that have said they are having a terrible time with eBay accepting Chase now, I will try to find them.

For me it’s saying I need to update my micro charge amount…but I don’t have any microcharge payouts coming to me? I don’t know how to get rid of this notification I already unchecked the box on my preferred card.
