Hello - There used to be a phone number for customer service, but when I call it says to go on-line or do a search. Is there a way to reach a person who can help with the problems that are arising due to the new payment methods? I have items that are marked Paid, but I don't see the deposit anywhere. Is anyone else having this problem or have an idea of how to get help? Thank you

Have you completed the registration for Managed Payments? Got your checking account all set up and all your personal data submitted and verified? Have you gone to this page, and completed all the steps? If so, did you try asking for a call back at the bottom?
Note that the wait time for a call back may be excessive, so keep trying.

If you have completed your MP account set up, your payments will be in your MP account.
Go to the Seller Hub and look under the Payments tab.

Thank you for responding. I think that I have figured it out now, with your help. In the Seller Hub, I read that it will take 1-2 business days for Ebay to 'initiate' payment, then another 1-3 business days for the payment to be deposited into the Seller's checking account. This could be a total of 5 business days for Sellers to receive a payment, so I will need to change the handling time on my listings to 5 days, if that is an option, otherwise, I could be penalized by not shipping within the 2 day handling because I will be waiting for payment in my checking account. Also, it looks like there will be two transactions per sale now - one for the shipping charge and one for the sold item - whereas the entire process was previously done in one transaction. For me, it seems to be more cumbersome for Sellers, but I think that I have an understanding of how it works with the MP.

You don't need to wait for money to be deposited to mail the items - you can ship from pending payments.
Also, there will not be two transactions per sale unless you're using another shipping app - it all comes out of the same payments. It's actually easier to do various things like shipping overage refunds, etc., because you don't have to bounce back and forth between eBay and Paypal, it's all done on eBay.
ETA: I have weekly disbursal into my checking account - everything transfers on Tuesday and is in my checking account on Wednesday. Makes book work easier.
