eBay is shortly going to force me into Managed Payments. I wondered what happens to my current listings when I refuse to comply. Will those listings still be able to receive Paypal payments even after the deadline?
I was going to remove all my listings before the deadline but if those listings are grandfathered into Paypal, I think I may leave them up. I assume they won’t be automatically relisted after 30 days.

I would leave them up. If they were listed with PayPal, you'll receive the payment to PayPal if they sell. Your assumption on the auto relist is correct. Ride the wave while you can. Good luck.

Once the listings are locked in, I know I won’t be able to edit them, but can I still delete those listings if I want to?

I'm confused. I thought you wanted the PayPal listed ones to stay up. Certainly you can delete them.
