Did a search but all posts regarding this have been locked by mods. I opened my new checking account last week and signed up for MP this week. I've followed the procedures and actually received an initial message saying all was done and it will take up to 48 hours. Well that has passed and I continue to receive red error messages that I need to update my account.
I have manually entered all info twice, have uploaded a bank statement, and continue to receive the red alerts. I put in for a call but no one called, and chat option says not available for MP questions. I get push notifications and messages saying the same error message. I sold seven items today and all money still went into my PP account so obviously MP isn't working for me yet. I don't know what else to do.
Any blues that can guide me or offer an explanation? Thank you.

I do know their names, but they can't help you. Only MP can help you on account specific problems like you are having. And you have to call MP to get that attention. Likely you will have to leave a message for a call back.

I sold seven items today and all money still went into my PP account so obviously MP isn't working for me yet.
Be thankful that your still getting your money sent to your PayPal account, many are having their money held by eBay MP and, like you, aren't getting any help from CS.

The most common error is the names don't match. So check. The name on your Ebay account must PERFECTLY match the name on the checking account you attached. No difference at all, not even a middle initial.
If you do find a problem it is likely much easier to change your Ebay account set up than it would be to change your checking account.
Now this may not be your problem, but it is the most common one.

Thank you for that info. No it's not the issue. Only my name on my eBay account and checking account. No middle name, exact match. Only name I've ever used since birth. I'm at a loss but sales continue to flow into my PP account so the balls on eBay's side.
Do you know how to notify the blues for this thread? I'd appreciate it as still no replies from eBay....

Did you “ try” to sign up with a mobile device or vice versa?
Your listings are showing you aren’t signed up for managed payments, therefore receiving PayPal still.

Thank you for your post. No I only use my desktop. I have a smart phone but actually use it for calling, which shows my age....

@mam98031 I accepted this as solution because you basically reminded me to check the chat again. I like to use chat, always works for me. However when I tried the first time it said chat was not an option for MP questions only phone calls. I went back and looked and today and it now said chat was an option, go figure.
In the hopes this helps others out. I did everything as expected for the sign up for MP. I uploaded a letter from the bank, showing letterhead, my name, account number, routing number, and signed by the bank rep. The person assisting me in chat first said that I hadn't uploaded anything but after I insisted I had, they checked a second time and low and behold there was my uploaded letter- from four days ago. He had no explanation for why it was not processed, SMH.
He has now submitted it a "second time" on my behalf and says I am registered but only waiting on the final approval for my checking account. He suggested that I get the letter signed a second time? so I shall do that tomorrow. I am literally jumping through hoops to get approved and still waiting. It doesn't make sense that the process has still not been worked out after so many months of MP being around. Why oh why is the process so darn difficult? Rhetorical question, I know the answer.

Hello,I can understand your problem and i think after the sending email or message from ebay, you can creat or register to the MP option using seller hub.
