Connecting a crypto wallet to transfer funds instead of a bank account?

Hi, I'm going to try selling a few thousand comics that me and a couple of other people inherited. We're thinking the best way to go about it is to wait until the whole collection is sold before we split the funds amongst ourselves but I don't want to open a bank account to hold the money while we sell them and I don't want to hold the money in eBay indefinitely because it'll probably take a while to finish. What I'm hoping to do is connect a coinbase wallet via their direct deposit option to my eBay account and hold the money in USDC while we sell. Has anyone tried to do this? Is it possible? I wanted to make sure I could do it before creating a new CB account and going through all that but I'm seeing conflicting things online.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry, to sell here you have to provide a checking account and your SSN.

Have a great day.

Transfers are made from Ebay via ACH transfers in the US. The Automated Clearing House does not speak crypto.

Ebay follows US money laundering and tax reporting laws.

I do not see any conflicting information. Checking account is the only option.

The information that eBay offers sellers about methods to receive payment is clear.

You need to have a checking account and to give your SSN#.

Plus, I'd like to point out that, as a new seller, you can anticipate that your funds, in the beginning, can be held for 30 days.

What conflicting information have you seen?

You also have to be 18+ to sell on eBay, just FYI

You can share the proceeds of an inheritence between yourself and your relatives, that's not a problem. Y'all can figure that out but the one who lists and sells is responsible for reporting all of the sales to the IRS.  You'll be the only one on the hook for that.
