Is anyone else having a hard time keeping track of how much money they are owed through Ebay's new managed payment system? I find it incredibly difficult to compare sales reports and payouts with the deposits in my bank from my sales on eBay. It also seems that I am missing a payment or two often. This new managed payments system seems rather inefficient if you ask me and maybe it is not, and it just requires great research and a lot of documenting, but it just seems incredibly difficult to keep track of your sales and deposits within it. I compared my recent sales in the "Paid and Shipped" page with the "Payouts" page in my seller account on eBbay and with my deposits in my bank, and there are only 3 deposits and two deposits from my 5 recent sales seem to be missing. There are also several different transaction numbers for each item sold among such pages on eBay above and I have read other posts on this eBay help forum from sellers saying they are missing payments from their sales on eBay in eBay's new managed payment system. I hope that all is good with this new managed payments system on eBay and that there are never any missed payouts and that I can master keeping track of my sales through such a seemingly confusing payment system. I sure do miss Paypal, which kept everything nice and easy in keeping track of your sales on eBay. Anyone's input about what I and other sellers are experiencing with eBay's new managed payments system described above is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I find that the info in the payments tab is very sufficient and has always balanced out. Now I don't bother worrying about it. Have better things to do with my time.

Hi jda09121 ,
Yea, I just recently figured out exactly how the managed payments system works in reference to receiving payments after more research of such a payment system. Good to know that you receiving payments through Ebay's managed payment system has been working out for you and it is working fine for me too because I received the other payments that I thought were missing a couple of days ago. Thanks for your input and have a great night!
Respectfully,

As far as I can tell managed payments is specifically designed to make it impossible to keep track of how much money they should be paying you. I can't make heads or tails of any of it. I do know this. My income is not what it used to be and I have no idea why.

Maybe if you don't sell a lot of items it's negotiable. At 40+ sales a day it's a complete nightmare. I would have to spend the better part of an hour each day just to double check whether their payouts are correct.
