I successfully bid for an item today but when I attempted to proceed with payment I received the message:"we can't tell if these are your items.Please sign in to continue" When I do there is no record of the item! So what do I do now?

Check your purchase history and see if the items are there. If not there I hope you did not pay for some thing and got scammed.
