No. They hold it for what they call a "processing time".. Then they put it in your account. I sold something over two weeks ago and have yet to have it in my account.. This is horrible.

I just got off phone and was told they will hold funds until item confirmed delivered....
I have over 10 years of history here....this will be the end of my business on eBay if this is true....

Do not worry. The delivery has no relation or effect on transferring payments to your account

@kalong83. Don't believe everything that cs says. Funds holds until tracking shows do apply for new sellers and they are confused. That is not how managed payments works unless a seller is new/returning after a long absence.
Paypal spoiled us because they used to front the money before it cleared the buyer's funding source, Adyen the managed payments funds processor does not.
If eBay says that it's time to ship then you need to ship.
You can use pending funds to pay for your shipping labels. The option is at the bottom of the label form.

No. Anything I have sold has been held for 2 days in "processing" and then released to "available". Depending on when you have MP deposit into your back (either daily or weekly) the available funds will go into that deposit.
It has nothing to do with when the item is delivered.

Thanks everyone. I’m not loving this new setup. Yes PayPal cost us a bit more but it was very easy to use.
Is eBay even verifying addresses like PayPal did?
