Conflicting emails/messages from ebay

Apparently i'm one of these last of the sellers to switchover to MP. 

I'm getting conflicting email/messages from ebay.

Some say i have to make the switch by 7-31-21.

Some say i have to make the switch by 2-28-21.

If i don't do facebook or twitter, what is the best way to contact ebay?

I don't use any social media.  I signed up when asked to, which as a few weeks before the actual date.  The let me know when it went into effect.  It was simple and painless.  I started out with daily payments and switched to weekly for easier accounting in my checkbook.  I used the money in my PayPal for labels and they checked the box to have postage taken from pending payments.  It was a smooth transition
