With eBay’s Money Back Guarantee it’s very hard for a buyer to be cheated.
I’m really bad at guessing. Care to explain what happened?

As the first two very knowledgeable posters have stated, no one here can help you unless you give specific details as to how you were cheated.

Thank you, I paid for my purchase with PayPal to seller. Seller next day paid Tracfone & activated the service that I had paid for. Two days later +/- seller canceled payment with their credit card company & Tracfone deactivated our phone. I checked our 'usage" after activation & again about 2 weeks ago everything looked normal. We rarely use our phone outside our Wi-Fi service and did not realize it immediately that the actual service had been deactivated. I have contacted the seller & opened an Item Not Received case on Ebay July 26th and have not had a response. The "Item Not Received case" was the only option I could choose.

Not sure that this particular item is covered by the MBG, so will wait for someone more knowledgeable to come along and offer help. Thank you though for returning and giving better details.
