Cards not going through in my shop

Cards are not going through in my shop at all.

Customers are complaining and Im losing sales. I even tried buying something and my card did not go through - there is nothing wrong with my card.

I have talked to ebay several times and I keep getting different answers/excuses as to why its happening.

They finally put in a ticket with tech support but of course Im not hearing back from them.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Problem with payments are happening on the site. We see a few topic about such. No solutions at this time that I know of.
