Card Payment failure

Several times I tried to pay for buying items via debit & credit card & Pay Pal But payments are not accepted .please help me.

Buyers in Sri Lanka having problems paying using a debit card should contact their bank:

Can be below issue

• Your card has been blocked from online payments, Pls check with bank.
• Pls check seller accept paying method. May be Seller accept only PayPal.

If not pls contact eBay support

You are copying and pasting another Sri Lankan's reply here (buddhikdissanayak7), which is an incorrect answer.  Sellers cannot "only accept PayPal." 

eBay support can't help.

The problem is not on the seller's end or eBay's end.

Sri Lanka is almost out of foreign reserves and they're allowing banks at times to limit foreign transactions.

The OP needs to try later or call their bank.
