Users in Sri Lanka having problems paying for foreign transactions using a debit card should contact their banks to determine their foreign transaction limits:

eBay accepts debit and credit cards. If your card is declined contact your bank. Your government reported at times some banks in Sri Lanka will be limiting foreign transactions.

commercial bank has some sort of issues while paying. try to contact with your branch bank..

Yes It was a com bnk sort of issue, International payment had been disabled my card . Thank yu mr Green

First of all, you should call the bank and tell them to make the bank card so that you can pay online. Then the bank staff will make it so that you can pay online. Make sure to do this. If you don't do this, your card will be canceled.
