Currently waiting for a ebay call but I thought I'd ask here for any help.
For the past week or so I haven't been able to buy anything. So eventually I tired to remove my card and add it back only for both the app and website/browser(both normal and incognito) to not be able to verify it. I contacted customer support and even they wasn't sure what to do as they never got a error code so now I'm waiting for a IT call or something but I'm nervous.
Does anyone have any ideas that could help? My card is perfectly fine and I have $35 so it's not a lack of money. I cannot contact a bank as I have no active one(I use cashapp).
I would like to wait for the call before I do anything but I'm also getting anxious/nervous as I have expected them to call already (I was also waiting all day yesterday).

You will never receive a call.
If your card cannot be verified by the Ayden for payment you need to contact the number on the back of the card.
Can you attach the card to a PayPal account and pay that way??

As far as I'm aware there is not a phone number on the card. There is a number but it isn't a full phone number. All I know to contact is "cash.app/help", but how do I know it's not a ebay problem if the customer service I talked to stated there was no error code when it failed to verify.
Maybe I won't get a call back but I'd like to at least wait until the end of the day
Also, it's not that it's not verifing the payment, at least right now. I literally cannot add the card back to my account at all
And I don't have a PayPal account with this email. I'd rather not have to keep track of both cash app and PayPal if possible

Ok, so I found out what's wrong. It's because my mom's cash app account was closed and she's my sponsor. Once she gets everything cleared up my account should be fine
