Cannot reply to a message

When I try to sens a reply, the word “send” in the top right is not avaialble and I can’t send.

Try using a different browser, or try contacting the user from the user's profile or feedback page.

If the message is about an old transaction, the item number may have been removed from the system. Try contacting the user directly from a current listing or from the user's feedback page. If given the option, instead of including an item number, try the "not about an item" option.

If the user has been removed from the site, you will not be able to contact that user through eBay.
