I have 4503 points ready to spend according to synchrony bank and they have not shown up for use when I try to checkout and pay with them. It says I have 0 points to spend on the eBay app. I used my points for the last 4 years without fail and this is the first time it's happened to me. It's been over 2 billing cycles so i should be able to use them. Synchrony bank says they can't do anything about it and eBay is unable to do anything either. What am I supposed to do?
