The seller has a 100% success rate, he befriend my daughter on adopt me already to exchange the pet, but I cannot finalise the purchase, what to do??

If you have been told the item may not be purchased due to restrictions, then you cannot purchase it.

What was the item? And I don't understand the "befriend my daughter on adopt" and "to exchange the pet".

This is not a live animal is it? What's the item number?

It says just that...Seller has restrictions on what they can sell and Ebay won't permit the sale to your country because it violates customs and cannot be exported.

Pets are not allowed to be sold on eBay.

Did this ~~seller~~ scammer say eBay was handling the sale? Because eBay doesn't handle sales of items found on a non eBay site.

My apologies. No it's not a live pet. It's for the adopt me pets game on roblox. The seller sells the pets (pets that you play with in the game) on ebay and the seller will give them to you when you both join the game. But it seems that I cannot purchase it due to the restriction. Must find out from the seller if there is a restriction on their side.

Have you looked at the listing very carefully? Maybe the seller does not ship to South Africa, either by choice or per import regulations in SA. Or is this maybe an item that would be sent to your computer, not an actual item that ships through the mail.

Yeah...Sounds like the seller may also be selling "virtual" games and perhaps that might be the issue or the seller was suspended for selling them and the OP didn't realize it. ???
