Cannot add new payment option for payouts

Hello, 

I've been trying to add a another  Bank account to receive my payouts in, but I keep getting the message  form system, cant add payout method with out remove 1st added one. kindly help for this issue.

Make sure that the name, address and all other info on your bank account "Exactly" matches your Ebay account.  If there is even the slightest discrepancy, you won't be able to attach it.

What happens when you follow the instruction to remove old account and then add new one?
