Ebay cancelled a sale with no explanation, charged back my credit card $697.07, without returning the item. They just notified me again they are charging me another $697.07 this time to my bank account.So, they cancelled a sale, did not return the it...

When i go to the link my payoneer account to ebay, it has the error message like this picture. but i checked my every ebay and payoneer details. it was all of same. What is the problem here?Can any one help me!
