Last week I received buy nows on some items from 0 rated members created the same day. Their username sounded strange, so I cancelled their buy now and refunded their money. I just received notification from eBay Payments that they received a dispute and are holding my pending funds even though I already refunded these fees. I called eBay, no help. Anyone know what to do here? Several hundred dollars are being held for items that I already sent against these "disputes"; which I already refunded immediately.
Please help.
