I commited to a purchase by mistake and I don't know if the buyer will agree to cancel it is there any thing to do

Have you ASKED them to cancel it?  THAT is how you find out.

Do you mean that you don't know whether the SELLER will agree to the cancellation? 

Sellers don't have to cancel but many will do so. If the seller doesn't agree, just sit back and the order will cancel (for non-payment) after 4 full days have passed. 

 

In the future, don't make purchases before being sure you want the item.

Asked him just wasn't sure he was the best though and he agreed to cancel

Yea I didn't really think he would not accept but justed wanted to know what to do in the worst case he was super nice though and accpeted to cancel it so all good. Thank for replying

 btw could you help me with a bit more it says he accpeted it and he also told me in a messaege he accepted it and yea i meant the seller sorry i was just a bit in a hurry. anyways it said he accepted and so did he but in the cart it still says i have to checkout and when i look at other items on his page it says i purcahsed from him befroe even though i cancalled. is it really canceled or am i good?

Glad he cancelled.

Worst case is you pay and resell it if he declines the cancellation.  If you haven't  paid eBay can't  force you to pay but that could end up with you getting an unpaid strike. One strike does no harm to you; two or more strikes blocks you from bidding with sellers who block buyers with strikes.

It will still stay in your cart. Ebay does not have a cancel status for the cart.
