Can't list item for selling due to restriction with eBay Managed Payments

I am trying to list a graphics card, been doing it fine for others in the past.  But today, I tried posting another graphics card but am getting this error message now:

Unfortunately, you can't list this item. When eBay manages payments, there are restrictions on certain types of items that can be sold. See https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/managed-payments-restricted-items-policy?id=5009.

However, when you go to the link, it states nothing about graphics cards being restricted or computer components or anything related to graphics cards.

Not sure what is going on and support isn't available right now.  Anyone else run into this issue?

what category and terms are you using in your description??

Key words and catagory will block you from listing items not allowed on MP.

Ok interesting, you are correct.  The description mentioned that it comes with a code to redeem the new Call of Duty game.  Just had to change that.  Appreciate your reply!

Re: Can't list item for selling due to restriction with eBay Managed Payments

I transferred to managed payments, left the house for a couple of hours and when I got back found more than a third of my listings had been cancelled.  Coin listings are banned.

Why are we not screaming about this idiocy.  I want the status quo as an alternative to this screwed up.mess.
