I thought One will be able to sell vehicle parts but not vehicles. After enrolling to eBay MP and listing a automobile part in the preferences section I get

“pleas provide:payment method”

after clicking to select a payment method I don’t get the EBay MP option I only get money order/cashiers check & personal check this is only when listing any auto part any other item not related to automobiles I do get the eBay MP option any one having this problem? Thanks

Do not list it there of course.

this is to see what is triggering the bots.
It may be the title that is triggering the bots, or the category. that is what you will need to find out.

@donsdetour I don't believe this is an issue with bots being triggered by anything.

It looks like it is an issue with the eBay mobile app simply not displaying what should be an available payment option when listing in the auto parts category.

I successfully listed my item in a desktop . Thank you so much for all the help

@mayra_3612 Yay! So glad you were able to get your items listed on desktop.

You're very welcome. Hopefully the eBay staff here can get this bumped up to the right teams to get it fixed ASAP so other sellers aren't stuck with the same problem.

Thanks for the tag and the troubleshooting @valueaddedresource!

We'll get this over to the mobile team for review and resolution. For the time being, it seems like desktop may be the best way to finish your listings.

One thing to check, if you don't mind @mayra_3612 - if you use the mobile web browser on your device (instead of the app) do you get the same error?

We heard back on this super quickly @valueaddedresource & @mayra_3612, I guess it's our lucky day. 😉

This is an issue on the mobile app itself with a pending fix slated for a future release. Processing listings via desktop (or at least finishing them up there) will be the best course of action until the update goes live.
