I updated my account as requested by adding my bank information. This past Sunday night/ Monday morning I sold an item that was paid for immediately. I still have not received the money into my bank account. I rely on the shipping paid by the customer to ship these items but I haven't received the money that supposedly was sent to my bank account 2 days ago. When can I expect to receive the money with this new policy so I can change my handling times?

Well the new system takes time to get to your bank.

If you decide to wait until payment gets to your bank:

you will need to adjust your handling time.

Other wise keep some of that money and put aside for shipping.

You can also pay shipping on eBay from available funds on MP.

You don't need to wait to ship, just tap on the shipping paid via funds pending when you go to print your shipping.

No worries, it takes a bit to get used to the changes.

Not how it works.

Buyer pays.

eBay confirms that payment.

The payment then "processes" eBay does not "front" the payment the way PP did. The payments take 1-2 days to clear.

eBay tells you that the payment is confirmed, and tells you that you can ship. Awaiting shipping ..... Just like when PP said "OK to ship".

You can use "pending funds" to ship. (scroll down on the label page to make that payment choice)

When the payment from the buyer clears it will become "available for payment".

It will "payout" on the next scheduled "payout" day. Daily (M-F), or Weekly(Tuesdays) My "payouts" are in my CU checking the next "business day.

You may/may not have a "Daily" "payout". You will only have a "payout" on days when there are funds "available for payout" (funds that have processed to complete)

You can click on "Payments" in the sellers hub to see what is "processing", "completed", "pending", 'available", "payout".

Thanks for the information it should help the Original poster if they come back:

I already ship as soon as I can;

Some users have decided to wait until it reaches their bank.

That is they why I state to do so they need to change the handling time.
