💥💥 Can't get help from ebay!' 💥💥

According to eBay BuyAgain , it shows a purchase I never made. There aren't any details, order number or price shown. Just says "Thank you for your purchase" . There's a link to Request an Invoice but it always leads to an error message. Cannot Contact Seller In any way . Of course there's no way to navigate thru ebay website for something like this, even my purchase history isn't showing all my orders. so does ANYONE have an idea how to contact ebay  about this?
