Can someone explain the new pymt terms in simple English?!?!

I get all the Legal jargon!! But for those who don’t have 7 hours to read and decipher it the Ts and Cs.

Can eBay simplify by explaining in 5-10 bullet points?

I've been in for a year-and-a-half. I don't think it can be explained in 5-10 bullet points. Give us your 5-10 questions...

In simple terms:

1. You agree to give eBay access to your money wherever they can find it, whenever they want.

2. And you have no recourse.

If you’re talking about the New Terms of Use, I’m of no use. I didn’t bother to open it. 🤣

There was a thread started earlier: Let me find it.

If you are asking specifically about the new payment terms of use update, there is some discussion here:

Buyer pays, takes a couple of days for eBay to process , and eBay sends you the payment and it's in your account in two to three days.
