Can not pay using debit card

I can not buy items from ebay. Using my debit card. I asked the costermer service to try another way. I tried to pay with google pay but I can not buy. Please tell me if anyone knows the answer to this question.

EVERYONE knows the answwer to this question but you.   How many times does this same question have to be answered?

1.  You and You card are in Sri Lanka.

2.  We, the bulk of us here, are in the US.

3.  You need to talk to your bank (in Sri Lanka) about getting your card to work in the US.

4. This post needs to stop.  Educate yourself, not spam the boards.
