Why won't ebay accept my debit card payment

Users in Sri Lanka having problems paying for foreign transactions using a debit card should contact their banks to determine their foreign transaction limits:

It's not eBay's fault, it's a problem with the bank that owns your debit card. Call the bank and tell them.

Can be below issue

• Your card has been blocked from online payments, Pls check with bank.
• Pls check seller accept paying method. May be Seller accept only PayPal.

If not pls contact eBay support
