I understand that you have to change your payout setting (not daily) to engage the Express Payout option. If I go through this process, will my payouts be strictly limited to manually requesting instant payouts (which is fine by me). How express are the express payments? Every financial institution is different but was wondering if anyone experienced some unreasonable time frames. Thanks for all replies.

From what I understand, you can request a payment earlier then your usual payout settings.
What's left at your payout day, will be sent to your checking account like normal.

@anything_goes_2005 there are two options for on demand payout, one is just manually requesting a payout that goes through the regular ACH process and is 1-3 days, the same as the automated scheduled payouts.
The other is the Express Payout option to a debit card for a fee, which is usually processed within 30 mins.
More info about signing up for the debit card option here:

Sellers I've talked to who have tried it all report they did receive the debit card payout almost instantly, even on weekends, for what it's worth.

Thanks for the response, I'm more interested in the debit card option. Kensgiftshop mentioned that any remaining/unprocessed funds that eventually clear (not requested through express payout) will be sent to your designated account through the standard process. Can you verify this information?

@anything_goes_2005 yes where it says "available amount" in that screenshot above you can edit the amount to only have some transferred via debit card and leave the rest in your balance to be paid out through the standard process at the next scheduled payout.
There is an option to set the debit card for the default payout for scheduled payouts too, but be warned if you do that, you will pay the 1.5% on every payout.
