This forum is not eBay and contacting them to actually speak with a CS rep is hit or miss at best.  Here is what we have been advising members with Account level issues (we are volunteers with NO account access).

We recently learned that many of the links we post to Request a call back are now simply forwarding members to eBay's Customer Service "How can we help you today?" page (link below). On that page members have to complete numerous choices before being given ways to be in direct contact with eBay.  Depending on the subject, representative availability and other factors requesting a call back may or may not be possible.  Chat or an email may be provided.  If you get a Chat box Type “AGENT in the box.  You can also contact eBay through Social Media if you have accounts there.

Sorry to hear you're having problems.  Hope you can get them resolved.

For the future, please note that it's not a good idea to post contact info here (phone #).  I know you posted it because you thought we were CS.

In addition to @mr_lincoln ‘s great answer, I would strongly recommend you remove that phone number from your post as soon as possible. Only scammers will attempt to use it. You should never put your phone number on any public forum. I’ve asked the moderators here to remove it for your protection, but if you see this and can remove it sooner, that would be best.
