Buyers can't pay via debit cards

Hello eBay Team,

Now a days maney buyers including me and my friends can't pay for our buying items by using  debit cards

Could you please mention me the reason why for this

Buyers in Sri Lanka having problems paying using a debit card should contact their bank:

Your bank may be limiting your foreign transactions to $200 per month.

It may be possible to add your debit card to your PayPal account as a payment method and use it that way -- that seems to work for some users in Sri Lanka, apparently.
