Buyer "did not recognize the transaction" fraud

Hello there. I made a sale end of July, where a buyer in Singapore (I ship from Europe) used Buy It Now option for a high value and was okay with the expensive shipment for that large heavy item. I asked them confirm their address, which they did and thanked me. Item was shipped that same day, with track and trace of course.

The day the tracking showed the item arrived to Singapore and passed customs, I got this email from ebay saying "XXX has filed a payment dispute outside of eBay about an order that was placed on Jul 21, 2021. This means the buyer has disputed a charge directly with their payment provider. They are requesting $XXX back and the reason for this dispute is that the buyer did not recognize the transaction."

They opened a dispute for a chargeback via their creditcard (I assume), eBay literally telling me to provide proof the item was delivered to the buyer. This while I sold 21st of July, shipping scheduled to arrive between 8th and 20-smething of August. Case was opened 3rd of August and I had to have proof of arrival by 8th!!!!

I messaged them few times but the buyer ignored me. Their account is also 2 months old and I think this was targeted scam, like buy, request money back, close the account.

Anyway, lucky me because 4th I get the notification the item has been delivered! Contacted Singapore post, they said there were no issues with delivery. I made screenshots from both local and Singapore tracking and picture of postage receipt with buyer's address on it and the tracking number. I submit. eBay has this uncaring "we submit it for you but it's their bank that decides. bye now" and freezes whole amount for the dispute (+100eur in fees I paid and thus never got, makes it over half a thousand in value).

What else can I submit for my case and how much chance I have here winning it? I submitted all proving the transaction is legit but it seems eBay doesn't really care fighting for their sellers.
