Buyer Cant Pay

I went to buy an item today. But I was not able to pay there? I bought the item successfully before and there was no problem.  Plz Help. 🙄

If you're trying to use a debit card from Sri Lanka, there's a notice on the Central Bank of Sri Lanka website, that says they are allowed to be used for foreign transactions, but that some individual banks have limited their use for foreign currency transactions.
