For sellers, eBay sucks because they require everyone who wants to sell to link to a bank account.
this is not a safe measure considering the 2014 & 2022 hacks and known 145 million users that were hacked.
When can sellers use PayPal again?

Never. And no private information was hacked in the 2014 episode..not familiar with a 2022 hack.
