I would like to bid on items and need the the stop lifted. I have been a Ebay customer since 1998 and have ALL good feedback. The bank stopped payments because of a fraud put upon my account.

If the bank stopped your credit card that you 'prelisted' as 'ok to charge' for bids, then you need to replace that card in the eBay system.

Replace the card as advised and ask the seller to put your name on their blocked bidder exemption list.

Having numerous disputes on a credit card can present a problem...or numerous disputes through on eBay from purchases can also be the problem.

Doesn't matter how long you been with eBay or "all good feedback"....a lot of disputes might hurt you in the long run(stopped payments).

You can't pay if the bank stopped the payment.

Ebay wont allow you to bid if ebay had to refund.

You may need to change all your funding sources. That would be a new bank with new Debit and new credit cards. If you have been a victim of fraud this is a nightmare that will take a while to correct. It is one of the worst things i went through financially when i had this happen. I wish you good luck.
