Bid accepted delay in paying

Good afternoon I have a question for the the community. Is their way to specify that a person who accepts a bid must pay immediately? I’ve been burned by people who accept a bid and then delay payment until the 11th hour or just  don’t pay. It’s very frustrating to say the least. They do not respond to communication. Actually, yes, there is:  it's called list with FIXED PRICE,  BUY IT NOW, IMMEDIATE PAYMENT REQUIRED.

Otherwise, any buyer has 96 hours to pay.  You perhaps need to do a little more reading.

Are you not cancelling after that length of time, using "buyer did not pay" as your reason?

Experienced eBay sellers here will suggest to you that you do not need to "communicate" with any buyers beyond that.  

eBay gives you the tools to handle this situation.  Why not use them?
