Out of the blue, Ebay asked me to verify an Iban that I do not know.
Since 2021 I am using one Iban which works great, dozens of payments found their way to me.
Today I learned that a new Iban was added as the primary account for payouts, not by me however.
It is impossible to reason with Customer Service as they are not even able to provide the date upon which my Iban was entered as the primary payout account and/or by whom.
They claim I was not hacked, so a ghost changed my Iban probably.
All they keep asking from me is to provide a bank statement of the new Iban (which is impossible since it is not mine).
In other words, they completely cut me from buying/selling.
Time to quit with Ebay for this is the 3rd issue in less than 2 years. One would expect more from a famous company like Ebay.
