Bank Identy Verification didn't work

I am a new seller and just sold an item - Yay!  But, when I tried to add my bank info so I could get paid, here is what happened.  I selected my bank and the next screen was the "verify identity" screen.   The message said I should choose which method I wanted to use to verify my identity.  However, the screen under this text was blank.  I went back and started the process over several times with the same result.  So I got out of the Payments area and eventually went back in to try again.  This time, I was able to see the choices - either get a text or a call to my phone.  When I selected text, it told me that "We're sorry we couldn't process the request. Note that some banks may lock accounts after too many attempts." 

 

What should I do?  I need to enter this info in order to get paid.     THANK YOU!!
