BANK statement - rejected

Hello ebay community !

I'm ebay member/seller from 10 years, now I diside to become a business seller. I'm from Bulgaria,

I opened a company LTD, not because I make too much money, only to pay my TAX and pension insurance to my country. I did that in 2023, but I add the company in ebay 4 day a go and my problems are started immediately! I don't sell in my country or in any other sites in the world, I sell only in ebay! There is two way to confirm my bank account.

Option one: to add my new compani IBAN after that ebay ask for my old IBAN,

I did that first time after the first time my new company IBAN become my OLD IBAN, so that option is now gone!

Option 2: BANK STATEMENT, OK my company has never work before, so there is no transactions in the company bill, but there is bank fees from every month that I have paid every few monts. In the bank statement this bank fees are the only transactions in the statement and ebay do not accept that statement.

So because my company is new and did not work before, I now can not confirm my bank account... looks like this will be the end of me in ebay. 

I'm person with health problems and can not work a normal job like most of you, this small store is all I have and I use the money for daily expenses.

I have no contact with ebay verification team only with ebay customer help, I sent them document that my company has never work before, I sent them document from the opening of my bank acount/company acount, but they keep asking for bank statement - the one I sent is real bank statment, but there is no transactions in it, only the montly bank fees... I realy do not know what to do...

You can sell on either a personal or a business account on eBay.

However, if you switched to a business account on eBay then you link a business checking account.

First page of your bank statement...MUST have the 'logo of the bank' on that statement..and then send it as a photo to eBay. Without the 'logo' of the bank it will not be accepted.

As such....Bank of America...logo has to be on the first page of statement.

I went down to my bank and asked for it and my bank gave it to me for free.

It's not in color and that's OK.

Two agents yestarday told me the problem was that they do not see my name on the statement 

it is only my company name... OK , I contact my bank online team and they fix that now statement have 

all the info eBay need, but here we go again statement was rejected again.

Every time I sent a msg diferent agent replay me without chechking the old msgs, if contunies like that, I do not know where will end. They ask something of me, I do it and they rejected again... I realy do not understand what is going on...

OK, you now have your name and the bank name that matches, but does the TYPE of checking account match the type of eBay account you have?

Is your eBay account a personal or a business account?

Yes, all is match bank acount, names, address, date, everything, business acount ! In the last two days two agents explain to me that transaction are not problem and I was happy to fix everythin else and today agent sent me a msg saying he need more resent transaction 😎
