Available Funds ?

I Dont understand why i can not get my available funds deposited into my bank account. the web site says to update my bank information. I have been on the phone with the helpdesk four  times in the last three days . with the same outcome. 1) enter your info, which i did three times while on the phone with the helpdesk

2) send micro deposits which they did four times did not work. 3) the helpdesk promises to accelerate the issue and apologizes multiple times.  again still waiting. Also i was receiving payments with the same account only two weeks ago . IS THERE ANY ONE AT E-BAY THAT CAN FIX THIS??

If the micro deposits didn't work, that tells you that there is a problem with the bank info you supplied to Ebay.

If you were receiving payments, contact your bank and see if something changed on their end that is blocking the deposits.

Have a great day.

GREAT point.  I missed that.

Go to your Seller Hub, then hover over the Payment tab, a drop down menu will appear, select Payouts.

On this report, on the right side of the screen is the transfer number for any payout sent.  That transfer number should be able to be tracked by your bank.  They can track it through the ACH system.  Call them and give them that info and see what they find.
