eBay has created a system where no human being on planet earth has the capability to release MY money. I keep getting stuck on the 2nd level with a guy named Dave. Dave hides behind “policy” and offers no help. This is the most frustrating and exasperating experience I’ve ever had in my life. Times are tough. I need that money and eBay is arbitrarily holding it because the computer says so. NONSENSE!!!!

Did you read the pinned thread at the top of the page by elizabeth@ebay - Best practices for Seller payment?
New or infrequent sellers have payments held 14-30 days.

YOU agreed to honor ebay policy.
I am not sure why you think you are above following the policies like we all have to do.

You have to wait until ebay feels that it's safe to release the funds. Usually that is after the buyer gets the package and has some time to check it out. Unfortunately, ebay needs to do that to keep Ebay safe. I have been here since 1998 with another account and if I start to sell with this name, ebay WILL hold the funds since this will be considered a new account. In the meantime, if you can still list, continue listing and doing a great job. Eventually the funds will be released.

Selling something high end meaning quite a bit more money than you normally have sold might get a hold of 30+ days. We all went through this. No one on the phone can change the policy. You can only wait until it is not on hold and then you will have to wait a few more "full business" days before you actually get it.
I signed up for daily payouts and when someone pays me I can get my funds in less than 48 hours no matter if it is a weekend or holiday. You may want to do that while you're waiting. If your funds are no longer on hold on a Friday-Sunday you still won't get those funds until Tuesday.

Here's the policy that 'Dave' is referring to. >> Payments on hold | eBay Bummer, though... hang in there.

I did. I just thought after personally delivering directly to the customer and having positive feedback from that customer this could be an exception. I was wrong.
