As a seller unable to Add Account Details

Hii,

In part of "Payment Option" as the PayPal account is no longer available so I going to add "Payment Option" through Credit or Debit card. Presently I am using VISA Power International Debit card (I have no Credit Card), but when I add the detail an error massage showing - "We couldn't verify this card. Please provide a different card." Presently I have no others card.

Please help me, how could I add the details.

You should try contacting the financial institution that issued you the card.  They maybe more able to help you with your issue.

If you are trying to buy things, you can still use PayPal to pay for your purchases. You don't need to change anything that you were doing before, PayPal will still work for paying for purchases.

If you want to sell items, as a seller in India, you will need to use a Payoneer account to register with managed payments. Your payments will be deposited to your Payoneer account. You may be able to get some help here from eBay India:
