Anyone else not getting emails from ebay?

So I've been noticing ebay has been awful at sending me emails. I just restarted selling and I didn't even a single email until it was A: late B: request for a refund. I did notice ebay has been sending me less emails as a whole for items I could be interested in or my watch list. I had chalked it up to me spending less time on the website as a buyer.  Is anyone else having this problem? 

(Now because of it I didn't see a payment problem on a refund to a buyer and I'm stuck in the situation of I have no idea how to cancel the item without losing money??? Honestly, after this I resolve this problem I will not come back to selling on ebay.)
