Advice on "No Longer Registered User" purchase already shipped Buyer requested refund

Yesterday (1/19/2021) a new user who had just registered on Ebay bought and paid for a plate. Being the mail hadn't been picked up I was able to ship it.

I went to leave feedback and got "Oops something is wrong, try again later"

Later when I went back to try, there was a note from buyer "Ad said free shipping, can I get a refund" (It didn't)

 

I tried contacting buyer, but kept getting the "oops" notice. After a while I clicked on her profile and saw "No longer registered user" 

What should I do?

Package was already picked up, but my little local post office did manage to hold it so I can pick it up today or just let it continue on it's way.

At this point I can't refund because she is not registered, the payment is still processing, the package was already shipped and I can't contact buyer.

Any advice would be appreciated. I feel like I'm in a catch 22 as this has never happened.

I would pick up your package ... until Ebay sorts it all out
